WWW.MINI-TOWNTEAM-KE.COM is a website operated by TOWNTEAM KENYA. We are a company registered in Kenya under company number PVT-7LU5QMQ6, with our head office located in Kenya.


2. Formation of the Contract

2.1. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not signify acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received it.

2.2. Our acceptance of your order will occur when we dispatch the Products to you, at which point a contract will be formed between us.

2.3. If you identify an error in your order, please contact us immediately by phone at +254 113599988 or via email at INFO@TOWNTEAM-KE.COM.

2.4. By placing an order, you warrant that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the transaction, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details promptly.


3. Your Right to Cancel the Contract

3.1. As a consumer in Kenya, you have the right to cancel your order within the statutory cancellation period. To exercise this right, you must notify us using our contact details.

3.2. If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products within 14 days ("the Refund Period").

3.3. The Refund Period commences 5 days after we receive the returned Products from you.

3.4. Please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to prevent the items from being dispatched. In such cases, you will still need to return all purchased product(s). You must take reasonable care of any Products you wish to cancel and ensure they are not used or worn.


4. Payment Methods

4.1. We accept various payment methods, including Credit Card (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard) and M-PESA. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4.2. Important: Please retain all receipts, confirmation emails, and order numbers until your product arrives and you have confirmed its condition. This information will be available to you as a downloadable/printable webpage and a confirmation email.


5. Return Policy

5.1. We accept returns if the clothing does not fit or if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, exactly as you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

5.2. To return an item, please follow these steps: 1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. 2. Securely attach the original delivery label to your item.

5.3. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges: * For exchanges or returns due to reasons other than defects, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs. * Town Team will bear the shipping costs for defective items if the defective item is the only item in the order. If there are other intact items in the order, Town Team will not bear the shipping costs for the defective item. * In the case of a return, the company will bear the shipping costs for resending the item again.

5.4. Return Process: Returns are facilitated through our courier service. Upon arrival of the item at our facility, it will be inspected within 5-7 days to ensure it is in its original condition. Communication will then be initiated to process the refund using the original payment method; refunds will not be processed through the courier.

5.5. Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and hygiene of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded: * Products that have been ironed or washed. * Products that have been damaged or are not in their original condition. * Shoes without their original packaging. * Products from which the price tag or brand label has been removed. * Underwear, swimwear, caps, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and socks.

5.6. Returns exceeding 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

5.7. During promotional periods, returns will result in a refund for the entire order amount, excluding shipping costs. If you wish to make a new purchase, it will be based on the current promotions available.


6. Delivery Information

6.1. We offer Nationwide Delivery Service across Kenya, including but not limited to Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, and Malindi.

6.2. Any additional discounts or gifts provided must be redeemed within the same month of issue.
